property rented, does fall into the lower price range for our bay front homes and thus is not as high end as other more expensive homes. Regardless of price point, each home receives a detailed cleaning after each guest. In addition to the cleaning after each guest, if a guest notifies us of any cleaning or maintenance issues, real or perceived, we will send out our staff to rectify the situation immediately. In this particular situation the guest notified us upon check in that he had issues with property. The guest was offered a 100% refund. The guest declined the refund and opted to have our staff come out immediately and address his concerns. After the stay, the guest demanded a 50% refund which we are not able to provide. Between the time of this guest stayed and the writing of this letter we have had 7 guests stay at the property and have not received a single complaint.Sincerely,San Diego Sunset Vacation Rentals
