Review: Dr.[redacted] sold me health services for myself and my dis-abled daughter at an expo in Dallas. at a rate of $275 dollars per person. $550 dollars billed to my credit card for two -pre-paid appointments with him and two printouts for requisition forms for blood work from a lab. Family difficulties have prevented me from using this service . The lab work has been un-used and I have had no appointments with Dr.[redacted]. I have made numerous attempts with their offices to collect a refund to my credit card and have had no assistance. One of their staff. Lisa Nelson forwarded my e-mail to two other people, Colin Swainston and Peter Nesser, but they have not responded.

I am concerned this is a fraud and I am desperate for the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $550 dollars to my Credit card.
