Review: A reservation for service was made on January 30, 2015, with San Diego Limousine for a trip to Los Angeles on March 13, 2015. The sales rep made it clear that a refund of the $100 deposit would be given if notified of service cancelation by March 6, 2015. After contacting the business to cancel the service the sales rep said a refund would not be given, and that it was not their "policy." The company website - http://www.limosandiego.org does not state any sort of refund/cancelation policy, and the matter came down to the word of the original salesperson who took the reservation. No contract was signed and there was no email confirmation provided of the reservation.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $100 deposit like the sales rep orginially stated would be given.
