Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not convinced that they can provide the services they claimed. In particular I would need to see a placement or one of the unpublished openings for a professional with my specific degree namely Materials Science and Engineering. If they can show that they have placed or can identify unpublished positions for someone with a matching degree then I would consider putting more time and effort into their process. While there is no guarantee of a placement they specifically stated that they have unpublished openings that I would have access to and I would consider the process as having failed if it doesn't produce any interviews.
Regards,

Review: I contracted the assistance of San Diego Jobs to find a new job and they are unable to produce even a single interview for me in more than 8 months. I have completed numerous documents and I was told that the resume I provided was sufficient and would be used to match me with positions in their database. I was also told that a second better resume would be provided as part of the service and I haven't seen this document. I suspect that they are unable to find an appropriate placement as my degree is in Materials Science and they are unfamiliar with that specialty. At this point I would need to see that they have successfully placed someone with my specific degree. Please note that my degree is from UC Berkeley which is considered one of the best programs in the world for this specialty.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a full refund as they are unresponsive and don't seem able to complete on their commitment.
