Review: On May 28, 2015, I authorize [redacted], of Dr. [redacted]'s office to charge my debit card $425 for a medical text. He charged my account $845. I attempted to contact [redacted], Dr. [redacted] and two other people from his office over eight times in a period of 8 days. No one returned my calls. I then filed a dispute with San Diego County Credit Union to have the debit charge refunded. The has created extreme stress for me as I still have two office visits that I contracted with Dr. [redacted] and have paid for. I do not feel safe in continuing treatment with Dr. [redacted], because of the lack of response on his part and the disrespect he has shown me my not having the courtesy to contact me. I also am due approximately $200 in Apex Energetic supplements that were to have been ordered for me on May 26, 2015. [redacted] had told me that the supplements were ordered, but I have not received them.Desired Settlement: I would like Dr. [redacted] to refund to me the $500.00 I paid for the remaining two office visits and the $200.00 for the Apex Energetics supplements that he owes me.
