San Diego Estate Sales

After researching Carole [redacted] on the Revdex.com website and reading customer reviews there, I decided to submit a review of my experienceDo not use this company My initial meeting with Carole [redacted] of San Diego Estate Sales, was very positive She seemed friendly, professional, and interested in what I wanted to accomplish She said she would call me is "a couple of days" after our first meeting to let me know if she would take on my sale That was February Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I have not heard back from her This makes me wonder if she is a scam artist Save yourself some grief and do not contact this person

This business has the worst customer service I have ever experiencedThe owner Carol Novak and her staff are rude racist and bias
on Saturday June th I attended an estate sale hosted by San Diego Estate Sale, this sale was a disasterI actually felt bad for the owner of the house because people were rummaging through this nice Imperial Beach homeI was interested in buying a Thomas Kinkaid set of seasonal plates when I requested to purchase the set of pieces I was dismayed to find out the set was incomplete because some one had stolen the pieces
I was told by an elderly lady who was working inside the home that Carol picks her up from the retirement home and pays her dollars an hour to stand around and watchthat's despicable
Carol is rude and disrespectful and her staff is the same wayCarol immediately directed me to deal with her staff because she said she doesn't deal with the customerslater on I found that to be a lie because I saw her ringing up customers that were making small and large purchasesCarol ignored me and treated me as if I was not worth her timeshe shunned me away and I directed to the cashier
I was especially bothered with a older quite larger head cashierThis particular lady was making rude comments about myself and others around the saleShe called me cheapall I was trying to do was negotiate a fair price for the over $I was about to spendwhen I requested to speak to Carol, Carol was willing to negotiate however this lady stepped in and said " if you give her a lower price I will be pissed at you" So Carol refused to work with meI later see the same head cashier giving discounts on the prices on other peoples totals, when I approached her to ask her why she was so friendly to the Caucasians, she responded "c'mon get out of here lady he buying a whole lot of crap" and I said and isn't my tab over $isn't that a whole lot too? I said or may be its because I am Mexican? She state "Oh Yeah get your crap and get out of here you Mexican"I was furiousCarol was right next to her and thought the whole thing was hilarious all she did was further laugh at me
Not only was she and her staff rude to me directly but throughout the time I was there she and her staff only moved the looking customersCarol was yelling at the year old help telling her that she is letting them "rip her off left and right" also telling her to shut up in front of everyone in the home
I will never attend another estate sale hosted by San Diego Estate Sale and much less I would advise every one not to hire this rude, unethical, and most importantly unprofessional company
