Here is the email that was sent to the customerAlso please take note of the contract attached which the customer signedIt states that we are to be paid at time of city inspection and it also states the SDGE inspection is a few weeks afterThe customer chose to ignore that section of the contractShe also decided to not pay us and instead paid CED minus accrue interest per the signed contract This customer had issues with the first project manager ( [redacted] ) where she had hung up on her rudely so we at that point changed her to a new project manager ( [redacted] ) she also ended up having some type of conflict with erh and we ended up changing her to [redacted] who she got along with until the day of final inspection On the morning of final inspection [redacted] called her from the office along with [redacted] the lead installer to inform Ms [redacted] that the following day we would be to her home to do a final pre city inspection and to place stickers on the PV systemMs [redacted] at that time decide to again hang the phone up on ***The next morning I myself decided to ride along with [redacted] and [redacted] to make sure things went smoothlyI waited on the side walk and let [redacted] and [redacted] knock on Ms [redacted] s doorShe answered the door very rudely and stated " I hope you guys are not here to collect a payment [redacted] explained ot her that we were not and that we where there to put stickers on the system and that she would in fact need to provide us with a check the following day once the city inspector signed the final Ms [redacted] had some questions about the 30% ITC and I started to explain how she could get the ITC money The next day the city passed the inspection and Ms [redacted] said she would not pay us until SDGE also did an inspectiondays later SDGE also gave her permission to operate and she still refused to payShe had a conversation with [redacted] the CEO and that also did not end with Ms [redacted] paying usShe refused to pay us when instructed to do so by the DAs office, CED green tech, the Hero investigation team The CSLB and our lawyerIt was only after a month and with the help of CED that Ms [redacted] decided to pay them for the equipmentEveryone involved in the process was very nice to Ms [redacted] as we are all under the impression that there maybe some type of mental issues at play hereThe sales person [redacted] went to Ms [redacted] house to give her hard copies of the warranty info for her equipmentShe refused them and also started to yell at [redacted] and become very combative with him in front of two of her friendsOne male friend attempted to keep her calm and at that point [redacted] left At this point the system is active, equipment is paid, Ms [redacted] has a few manuals
