Hello ***Sorry for the late reply on this matter I have included paper work that shows was nothing promised to him besides that we have done work for him after months at no chargeHe wanted to trade his car about months ago and didn't get qualified do to NSF incomeMany customers when they start having problems they look for a way to blame the dealerThe car was smoged before the sales and no one has made a promise to himNothing writing that I can see.The due bill says nothing promisedThanks

Many customers when they start having problems they look for a way to blame the dealer. The car was smoged before the sales and no one has made a promise to him.
