First and foremost, I want to let you know that in my opinion Mr. [redacted]’s allegation of me is false and without merit. I will prove it in this rebuttal with exhibits that will point out the obvious contradicting statements made by Mr. [redacted]. Hopefully, with these sufficient evidence (documented emails and a text message), it will support my statement and show that he has been misleading the Revdex.com, and the public. I suggest that you conduct a search as to Mr. [redacted]’s political aspirations.
In the first paragraph of Mr. [redacted]’s rebuttal, he alleges that I was a “spy” sent by another organization known as the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce of California. In fact, that is far from the truth as to what happened. The fact is, I made the first point of contact with Mr. [redacted]’s Chamber before I was aware there was another Chamber, ie, the one he references as me being a part of. The complaint I lodged against his group is not frivolous and is a very legitimate complaint that should be warranted and evaluated further by your organization, the Revdex.com.
Following my initial complaint to the Revdex.com dated February 10, 2014, Mr. [redacted] made his own complaint through the Revdex.com about me against my former employer, CENTEXT LEGAL SERVICES LLC which was received April 3, 2014. His complaint relates to my character and ultimately resulted with my termination of employment. So he was engaging in a character and personal assassination of me as is supported in EXHIBIT A. He inappropriately alluded to things he referenced to my former employer as being “indecent activities based on a web and Facebook search” (See EXHIBIT A). Furthermore, and as you will see in EXHIBIT A, he stated that “it was decided that she be removed from the Board of Directors immediately”...and {during her briefing that she was not no longer qualified to serve on our Board}. The fact is it was my “sole decision” to voluntarily leave his Chamber, three days following the acceptance of my membership application, as proven in my supportive evidence. My decision was based on information I received from credible sources in the community that it would be to my best interests to withdraw from Mr. [redacted]’s Chamber. I merely requested a refund as a consumer and there was no notice as to non-refunds at the time during processing of my payment online. Mr. [redacted] lodged a complaint with my former employer as having no relevance whatsoever to my refund request but rather wanted to engage in a malicious attack against me by telling my former employer that I was a liability to their business based on the web and Facebook search, and fabricated statements I allegedly made towards his Chamber.
My only explanation to why Mr. [redacted] would make the kind of complaint he made against Centext would be do to a phone conversation we had on January 21, 2014. In that conversation, the topic about image was discussed along the line of his own political aspirations.
He asked me if I had any political desire, and I responded “NO”. I shared the importance about image when one works in that arena. I voluntarily told him how important image is in my profession and went further by sharing with him about CENTEXT’S owner’s concerns about her employees pictures on Facebook. As obvious as it appears, Mr. [redacted] meticulously used that information to maliciously slander me by making up a falsified complaint against CENTEXT that alluded me to misrepresenting CENTEXT through Facebook and the web. It is very clear and obvious to why Mr. [redacted] would use this fact when making a falsified complaint against CENTEXT. Mr. [redacted] knew it would cost me my job. So he was engaging in a divisive attack on me which caused me harm and, again, has no connection to my request for my refund. My receipt of payment had been provided to the Revdex.com. It is just so coincidental that Mr. [redacted] is adamant about having this complaint lodged against him to not be published  and I could only think his reasons are due to the fact of his own political aspirations.
In EXHIBIT A, Mr. [redacted] indicated that I joined his Chamber as “representing CENTEXT LEGAL SERVICES LLC”. In fact, CENTEXT was not the reason I joined his Chamber, but rather, it was due to my intentions of wanting to expand my reach within my ethnic community to help provide resources for the healthcare of refugees coming to America. This was discussed in the phone conversation with Mr. [redacted] before I was accepted as a Board Member (SEE EXHIBIT G) as evidence of receiving a phone call from Mr. [redacted]’s phone number for 2 hours. I ask that you view my current position with the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce of California at http:// www.chaldeanchamberca.org/leadership it will give you a better understanding for my purpose of involvement with a Chamber. As he claims in EXHIBIT A, joining his Chamber representing CENTEXT LEGAL SERVICES is false. My career would never [redacted]efit from my affiliation with his Chamber. My targeted market is law firms, specifically litigation attorneys only. Examples of organizations I would participate in for solicitation purposes, would be the San Diego Paralegal Association (SDPA), San Diego Secretary Association (SDSA), and the Lawyers Club of San Diego to name a few. Purely, this was not a business venture. His statements in Exhibit A are, in my opinion, fabrications. Furthermore, I have enclosed subsequent evidence showing Mr. [redacted]’s complaint against CENTEXT holds no merit based on what I have conveyed earlier in this document as my intentions to withdraw his organization (SEE EXHIBIT B) as opposed to his claim in EXHIBIT A, to have terminated me. EXHIBIT B will provide proof and show that his statement in EXHIBIT A is completely false and fabrication, ie, (that I was no longer qualified to serve on his Board).
You will see in EXHIBIT A, he stated, “CENTEXT” WILL GET ME A FREE LAWYER AND I WILL SUE YOU” {AND} “CENTEXT HAS A LOT OF CONNECTIONS WITH ATTORNEYS”. This is far from the truth as CENTEXT LEGAL SERVICES is a court reporting and litigation agency who provides services for litigation attorneys only. They do not provide legal counsel. I have been an employee for over 19 months and I would know very well how to present my company and their services. Clearly, he is confused while making his falsified claim against CENTEXT LEGAL SERVICES. It is very clear that the statements made by Mr.
[redacted], was created with the intent to sabotage me for the sole purpose of causing me to be terminated from my job which was accomplished. He did this as a way to retaliate to my complaint against his Chamber. All I did was request a refund and that I didn’t want to be a part of his Chamber.
Following my initial request to seek a refund and withdraw from Mr. [redacted]’s Chamber as is shown in EXHIBIT B, he responded by a disturbing threat. You will find this threat in EXHIBIT C3. Prior to his threat, in this EXHIBIT C3, he stated the following, “I have forwarded your request for refund to our legal team”. I found there is a complete discrepancy between what Mr. [redacted] stated in his complaint towards CENTEXT (SEE EXHIBIT A), including in his rebuttal to my initial complaint made to the Revdex.com as to their being no refunds and his statement as to him forwarding my request for refund to his legal team. If his statement in the rebuttal as to a no refund policy holds any truth, than that should have been conveyed in his initial response to my request. At the time I registered, there was no information given to me online as to a “non-refund” policy.
While his threatening response took me by surprise, it frightened me to say the least. In EXHIBIT C3, it will show evidence of threat against me by invoking my violation of the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 as well as a gagging order in conjunction with a restraining order. As stated in my initial complaint, please be reminded that I have never attended any board meetings or have ever personally met Mr. [redacted] or any of his Board Members. So he inappropriately lodged these legal threats against me which has no bearing and was simply done just to scare me and because I wanted a refund as well as to leave his organization so I can join the other Chamber. In EXHIBIT B, it will show you that my intention always was to join the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce California, a Chamber that I have learned later the degree of animosity between them and his Chamber. Which in my opinion, may explain his retaliatory behavior following my withdraw.
In EXHIBIT D, I responded to his threat and stated that I will not be a victim to his bullying and again, I had asked for my refund. Please note that my first and last verbal conversation with Mr. [redacted] was over a phone interview for 119 minutes dated January 21, 2014, the day he accepted me into his Chamber (SEE EXHIBIT G). My last text I received from Mr. [redacted] was on January 24, 2014 at 6:43 P.M., the same day I emailed Mr. [redacted] my withdraw as a Board Member. In that text, he asked if I have recruited any golf players for a tournament that his Chamber was hosting (SEE EXHIBIT F). This will show that Mr. [redacted] and I were in good standing until I requested to withdraw my Board Membership that day at 9:32 P.M. Hence, as you will read the via conversations, it will show that it was not Mr. [redacted] or his Chamber’s decision to “remove me from the Board of Directors immediately”, as he claims in EXHIBIT A. In EXHIBIT E, I sent him a second and final notice. I gave him a sufficient time and warned him that I will report him to the Revdex.com if he does not refund my money, and nothing resulted.
It is disturbing when an individual who portrays himself as a descent tax paying citizen, claims to care about his community, is a President of the “other” Chamber, was an applicant for appointment to the El Cajon City Council with speculations that he will run in the next El Cajon Mayor election, can have the audacity to cause the degree of damages and harm that has been caused on me by his lies. His false statements will never hold merit when the evidence I have presented can never lie. In my opinion, Mr. [redacted] is misleading the public. I can only be prepared for that he will retaliate to this complaint to an unimaginative degree, while continuing to victimize me using stories full of fabrication. The community must know the truth, and the way they will is by speaking out. The evidence I have presented, is proof that my statements hold merit and that Mr. [redacted] has made many contradicting statements showing discrepancies with his made up “stories.” My statements are matter-of-fact.
I am a native San Diego residence who enjoys contributing the community. My involvement with the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce of California is for the humanitarian aspect, not for political aspirations. [redacted]’s suspicion that I am a “spy” is preposterous. His bullying, victimization and attempts to mislead us must stop. There needs to be some light shed on Mr. [redacted] in order for the community to realize who they are affiliating with when deciding to join his Chamber or to potentially vote him into a public office. He must be investigated and the truth about Mr. [redacted] must be exposed to residents of San Diego and East County, for their awareness, safety and wellbeing.

Review: I made a decision to join the San Diego East County Chaldean-American Chamber of Commerce on January 21, 2014. The fee to join was $75.00. 3 days later, for personal reasons, I decided to resign my membership. I emailed the President, [redacted] on January 24, 2014 informing him of my resignation and asked for my full refund. On January 31, 2014, I sent [redacted] a second email giving him 7 days to credit my account or I will report him and his organization to the Revdex.com. It is now, February 10, 2014 and I still have not received credit to my account. He invoked me with legal terms that insinuated that I will be charged with a lawsuit violating the commercial espionage act. When in fact, there has never been anything pertinent to his organization that has been disclosed to me. I have never been to any board meeting or met with any other board members of his organization. It was merely a simple request for a refund.My most concern and reason for complaining about [redacted], and the San Diego East County Chaldean-American Chamber of Commerce, is the disturbing email I received from [redacted] on January 25, 2014 that imposed upon me unnecessary stress and anxiety with his threatening demeanor, and subsequently impacted my overall well being. [redacted]'s reaction to my resignation would simply be classified as a form of bullying and undermining. There is speculation that he intends to run for Mayor of El Cajon, and based on his behavior, I find it disturbing that someone like him, would hold an office of public trust. I have documented email trails that can confirm my statement, if needed.Desired Settlement: $75.00 refund.
