Review: I scheduled 2 snorkeling tours for my husband and I, but there were severe thunderstorms on the day of our reservations. As a result the beaches were closed by the lifeguard service. On the Bike and Kayak website, it clearly states that refunds are issued in event of weather related occurrences, but they have chosen to charge me anyway. In trying to resolve this with the company they have been unreachable and their online form does not really work. They are a scam.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because the only reason we did not attend this snorkeling tour is because of the severe thunderstorms on Wednesday August 20th.
