We have a appointment this coming Sunday after 2pm  with the Customer... ([redacted]) 9/18/2016  Our Installation Superintendent  will oversee any and all repairs on their job..

Their service technician contacted me Tuesday, 8/23/2016, and replaced the window on Wednesday, 8/24/2016.  Thank you for your help!

This complaint was resolved before we recieved the letter from the Revdex.com.
