Review: I went to San Diego Autos to purchase a reliable vehicle for myself and my baby to get around in. I wanted a Volkswagon Jetta and there was one on the lot that I liked. It was a 2005 grey Volkswagon Jetta and the purchase agreement started to come together. I was told that the car had a transmission problem but if I purchased the warranty , I could get my car fixed after 1,000 miles by the warranty company. I really wanted the car and between the father and son( [redacted] and [redacted]i), I was convinced it was okay to purchase the car as is. I was told that if I had any problems with the car that it would be taken car of and a loaner car made available to me while my car was being repaired. My car has been out of commission now for over 2 weeks. The "warranty" company has been non responsive and yesterday I went to the car lot to get help. Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] did not honor their promises and have turned me over to the warranty company. Please help!Desired Settlement: I want the $3,000 repair authorized and completed as soon as possible.
