follow up on my voice mail message and phone conversation with you today.   Per that message, I wanted to reiterate that today is the first time that I personally became aware of a problem in issuing a refund in your case.  The Revdex.com had been emailing an old address and for some reason it must not have registered that it was a bad address. When we were notified by letter today by the Revdex.com, we called them immediately, updated our information, and I tracked down internally what had occurred.   Instructions were given to issue you a refund, and Rick S[redacted], your attorney assumed this had been done upon those instructions. It was not, obviously.  I again apologize for this oversight.   I am attaching to this email your final billing statement.  It shows a credit of $7.86 owed to you. I am issuing a check for $25.00 as a full and final refund, and you have stated on the phone you thought this was fair. You will receive the check by certified mail early next week (we are sending out tomorrow), as well as another copy of the bill and a trust report and closing letter.  Please confirm receipt of this email.   I am copying Johanna Diaz at the Revdex.com with this email and asking her to update our information to reflect my email as the contact email, along with [redacted] for their records. I am also asking her to show the status of this dispute as resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.   Thank you for taking my call and allowing me to work this out with you.
