appliances weren’t the cleanest.  This is why we charged her a cleaning fee of $80.00 which is only reimbursing us for what we would pay a cleaning company to come out for  housekeeping.  Also a carpet cleaning fee of $60.00, both charges were clearly stated in the  Damage & cleaning charges addendum she initialed at move in. finally I would like to touch on the statement she made about our apartment being given to her in worse shape than how she left it, this statement is untrue as every apartment we rent goes through a pretty thorough inspection, maintenance process, and  cleaning as it is our policy to rent every apartment in the best shape possible. All that was wrong with the apartment in her opinion was that the vinyl flooring at the very entry of her apartment, According to Miss [redacted] it would get dirty quickly due to its light color and the fact that it’s in the “very entry” of her apartment which usually tends to get dirtier faster due to normal walking traffic. Thank you and please let me know if these is anything else I may help you with,
