I never threatened bodily harm to the employeeShe threatened to allow herself into the property if I was not homeWhen she was there, she did not let herself be known, I was fully cooperative with the insurance adjuster and allowed him to do his job, just did not allow her inside the garageWhen the tree fell onto the garage during said windstorm, I called the emergency number for the company numerous times from XXXX-XXXXFinally getting a response back after pmA tree removal crew was not sent out as soon as possibleThe manager wanted to wait until Monday to even look at the propertyOn Sunday, the tree had moved about two feet down the garage and I said if anything happens to my family because they didn't think this was an actual emergency, I would be contacting my lawyerI was never aggressive towards the employee until she called around and said she would be letting herself into my property, even if I was not thereI never signed an agreement to allow them in if I was not there, because I did not trust them, thus moving out
damages to the house I can understand, wear and tear
Also, verification was not sent until after this claim was filed (the next day)These people are sm-lords and prey on people because they think others don't have the capacity to look into their rights of renting!
