Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although SADCJ did accept my vehicle for my complaint and took care of an open recall while it was in their possession, they claimed that I had a loose exhaust and it was fixed This morning I started my vehicle and it rattles just as it did before I took it in I'm going to take a video of the rattle with my phone and try and make another appointment to show them what I'm hearing because it's quite evident Regards, *** [redacted]

of an open recall while it was in their possession, they claimed that I had a loose exhaust and it was fixed.  This morning I started my vehicle and it rattles just as it did before I took it in.  I'm going to take a video of the rattle with my phone and try and make another appointment to show them what I'm hearing because it's quite evident.

[redacted]The new [redacted], at San Antonio DCJ contacted the customer on 8/25/14. The customer will be bringing in his vehicle on 8/26/14 for resolution.
