The activities are ok the attractions structure is low qualityThe service is horrible they allow the staff to be extremely rude and confrontational with the guestsMy families first visit was our last when one staff member by the name of a " T.O" decided to yell at my son and argue with my husband and IThis staff member had no professionalism respect or remorse to the situationWe will never return to the aquarium nor recommend it to anyone

The wife and I were given a printout that we were to bring into the San Antonio Aquarium to be exchanged for two season passes This was a Christmas gift from them as we had recently moved to San Antonio When we attempted to have the passes exchanged they stated we had waited too long The pass and associated information that I have on the paperwork for me to exchange list no expiration date or have any disclosures about such measures When we originally received the passes, the Aquarium was still fairly new and when I called, I was even told by the employee that I should wait until the Aquarium was completed Having done just that, I now am not able to exchange these passes which again hold and state no expiration

HI, thank you for reaching out. You are correct, the Annual pass has no expiration. Please let us redeem ourselves and come in to visit us. Please ask for a manager or myself [redacted]. I am unsure why you were told this, but we will take steps to correct it in the future. Thank You
