Hello, this is [redacted] , So sorry we miss your emailsI was out of town and got sick came back tues but still under the weatheron that note I was not able to respond even if you would had call me on cell my voice was gone for a few days also I'm back home and I saw your emails today june 22, well I will except the refund offer which is not total what we have given, he the work ask me to paid morebut I will except what they willing to offer and keep me unsatisfied thank you for check on this company! Service young man came out to fix section of refrigerator which was done and we also had a clothes dryer problem which he said was blown fuse He re-wired interior of dryer so it would work without the one of two fuses until he returned with replacement fuse which he said he could come back in very near future to put in Re-working of wiring placed dryer in a dangerously firehazard situation and I attempted to call service man and company many times over 3-weeks with no answer or return call after leaving many messagesHad to get another company to come in and fix his dangerous work

Here at lonestar we apologize for the miscommunication in between customer and uswhen technician arrived on the day we scheduled the appt, service technicians diagnosed appliance and also verified with manufacture that the issue came from the main control boardService technician gave cust and estimate which also included defrosting the drain tubewe did not receive any phone call from cust several months later so we are unaware that unit was not working properlyWe will not refund money's for the reason that we have a $240+ main control board in the refrigerator2nd of all Defrosting unit for 24hrs will fix problem temporary and it will eventually happen again, main control board has to be resetSince cust has decided to call another service company that automatically voids warranty with usSo we will refuse to reimburse money's and refuse service

On Jan12, I called this company to fix my icemaker on my refrigerator The next day a tech was sent to check out the problem & I was told I needed a new computer boardAlphonso, the tech, said I needed to give a payment in order for him to order the board He gave me a price of $in which a check was issued Al promised to come & install board Jan18, He called me back on Jan18th to tell me board arrived broken at warehouse, so new appointment was set for Jan23, between 1-3p.m It was after 3p.mand no one had shown upI called the company to find out when my computer board would be installed, but it went straight to their voicemail For the last days I have repeatedly left messages and they do not return my calls I even emailed them and they have not respondedOn January 27, 2017, my husband & I went to the location they have listed as San Pedro AveSan Antonio, Tx to talk to them in person When we arrived at this address it turned out to be a UPS store Our check was cashed by Appliance Diagnostic giving an address as HwyNI called them several times on their telephone given (210) 995-and I got the same results No one returned my calls If this company is a reputable one as they claim to be on their advertisements, they need to give me a full refund back so I can really find a reliable & trustworthy company Law enforcement should be investigating this company for ripping off a lot of peopleHow many more hard working people need to go through this kind of aggravationI smell big time FRAUD!!!

We apologize for customer to believe we are crooks, first off original request for the first time we scheduled appointment was that the stove griddle wasn't turning on, service technician arrived to property and quoted the repair for the griddleCustomer decided to proceed and repair tech fixed right then and thereCustomer also mention that one burner was not working so repair tech adviced cyst that electrode needed to replace and as a courtesy we were going to replace it at no cost and service tech decided he was going to take burner with him to get it fixed with a sub-part because original part was no longer availableFurther conversating with customer they asked if we fixed icemakers and tech said yes, cust adviced tech that his icemaker was not workingTechnician also quoted him price for repair and cust decided to proceed, once again technician fixed right then and thereInvoice charges were solely paid for services rendered on that dayThe part in question (burner which was not charged for) we still haveWe are more than happy to ship back to them, we have no intention to keep a 10+ years part in our shopmoney's paid to us was for repairs that were done on that day, not for burnerWe will not refund any money, but we are more than glad to ship burner back

The issue with the credit card was an error that was corrected on our end and is irrelevant as they were paid for the work done. Lonestar Appliance cannot deny that they were called about the burner not being set accurately, and that I left a message following up within a week. Customers allegations are not truth full, we do not run that type of business. To further address the issue we will refund cust the amount in question of $150.00 dollars to diffuse any further accusations against our company. We take pride in our customer satisfaction and provide the best reliable...

On Jan. 12, 2017 I called this company to fix my icemaker on my refrigerator. The next day a tech was sent to check out the problem & I was told I needed a new computer board. Alphonso, the tech, said I needed to give a payment in order for him to order the board. He gave me a price of $699.95 in which a check was issued. Al promised to come & install board Jan. 18, 2017. He called me back on Jan. 18th to tell me board arrived broken at warehouse, so new appointment was set for Jan. 23, 2017 between 1-3p.m. It was after 3p.m. and no one had shown up. I called the company to find out when my computer board would be installed, but it went straight to their voicemail. For the last 4 days I have repeatedly left messages and they do not return my calls. I even emailed them and they have not responded. On January 27, 2017, my husband & I went to the location they have listed as 7113 San Pedro Ave. San Antonio, Tx to talk to them in person. When we arrived at this address it turned out to be a UPS store. Our check was cashed by Appliance Diagnostic giving an address as 20770 Hwy.281 N. I called them several times on their telephone given (210) 995-3631 and I got the same results. No one returned my calls.
If this company is a reputable one as they claim to be on their advertisements, they need to give me a full refund back so I can really find a reliable & trustworthy company.
Law enforcement should be investigating this company for ripping off a lot of people. How many more hard working people need to go through this kind of aggravation. I smell big time FRAUD!!!

I am rejecting this response because:  Lone Star Appliance is incorrect in that they did not receive a phone call from me.  I called and explained the problem and scheduled an appointment on November 18 between 1 and 3 p.m. for a technician to come out.  No one ever showed up or called to reschedule.  I called Lone Star Appliance several times after that date and left two voice messages requesting someone to call me back, but no one ever called.  I did call another appliance repair company but had no work done as I decided instead to turn off the refrigerator for 24 hours to let the unit defrost.  If the control panel indeed needs to be reset, then Lone Star should at least send someone out to do that at no charge.  It seems to me, however, that if the control panel was faulty and needed to be replaced, the refrigerator shouldn't begin collecting water again and not defrosting in just two months.

All invoices have a 90 day warranty on repairs only. It has Been over the 90 day period since we repaired the cooktop. Service repairman stated burner was installed properly. On another note customer tried to file a chargeback right after repair was done, we submitted all signed documents to credit...

card company and finally ended winning the case because it was a valid charge. We never heard back from cust until now. since it's been over the 90 days we will not repair unit for cust. And will also refuse service to him for the reason that they tried to file a chargeback while they knew that cooktop was actually working.
