Revdex.com:
I want to hear what you are refunding before I proceed any furtherI'm not scared of your "legal" threatsIt's not slander if your a terrible businessI can publicly post anything that I want about your terrible service on any public forum that I see fit.
I would just like to say that your claims are completely inaccurateBrandon said it was $to start, I got thatThen $for lock I was never called to authorize a clear and distinct $I submitted my card information to (a) proved that I was who I said I was and (b) to give my billing informationI only received a call to tell my that my paperwork was satisfactory and that they were going to be able to open the door for meSo, no I didn't authorize $exactly, I just authorized my card to be used for payment.
It's been over hours and guess what, I still don't have my invoicehours equals days, your message clearly points that it's been daysYour rep on the phone said hours, so that sounds like more of a training issue to meSo why it takes your tech seconds to open my door, but multiple days to literally send me one line on an invoice is beyond meI wanted the breakdown to explain why his "labor" is worth $if you literally spend minsat my aptHe wasn't far from my place either, he called my friend and said he was less than mins awayHis total time on the job was probably mins to drive there and open the door.
You all are awful people who just scam people out of money, locksmiths are just glorified burglars
On that note, I will continue to tell people how you all handled the situationI don't have time to battle it out with a he said/she said
So with that, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Before responding, I would like to say in advance that we are going to refund the customer some portion of her money, because we care about our customers and hate to see them unhappy with our service.
I would like to point out a few things though... First of all, she was clearly...
told that it was a starting price of $30 in addition to the service call fee, and that it may well go up because the tech determines the price based on the situation. She was never given an estimated range of up to $100 as she claims.
Second of all, we called her before running the card to approve the charge of $150, and although she did ask for an invoiced breakdown, she also approved the charge of $150 to her card.
Third, she requested an invoice on the date of the service 4 days ago, and it often takes up to a week to acquire the invoice from the technicians, which the office informed her.
Lastly, her claims that our business is listed at her address, and that we have fake adds on the internet which display false 5-star reviews, is completely absurd and slanderous. If she chooses to go public with these claims we will most likely be forced to pursue legal action against her.
In conclusion, we are not in any way obligated to give her money back, but we are going to do so anyways to try and satisfy her. Their was no malpractice involved in the situation, the customer was informed of the pricing as soon as it was known, and she approved it. Her complaint is generally invalid, but we hope a partial refund will resolve the situation.
This individual reached us through our website https:/[redacted].com/. Nowhere on the page does it advertise a $19 lock out price. It lists a $19 service call fee for the trip out, and a starting price of $30 for the lockout, subject to change depending on the specifics of the vehicle....
As such, the technician quoted the client $80, which the individual rejected. Technically the individual had acknowledged and accepted the service call fee, however we did not pursue this. Ultimately, our technician left the scene not providing any service or collecting any payment from this individual. The $80 quoted was well within the range of reasonable variation, given that the lowest possible price listed on our website is $49 ($19 service call + $30 labor charge). It is possible that the client misinterpreted what was listed on the website, and we would be more than happy to review these listings to ensure they are as clear as possible. However, given that we service nearly 100 clients a day, none of whom have expressed similar concerns, I am confident that we are clear and honest in our pricing and services.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I recently closed a complaint because I decided to settle based on the business' response. They said they were issuing me a partial refund and I have not heard from them or seen a credit to my account. Additionally, part of my complaint was that I had not received an invoice to breakdown the cost of their services. I was quoted 72 hours and it's been a week. The complaint is closed, but truly nothing has been resolved.
