Samurai Blue

In my 55 years I never encounter racism. I went to this place in Ybor City Tampa to eat food, food was good but service was horrible our food never came on time 2 tables with white Americans sat after us we ordered first we waited for more then 45 mins per serving and the other 2 tables were served immediately and the waitress I asked her what's going on with our food and her reply was oh I don't know and don't care and then went to manager and pointing at us started laughing and talking about us. I told the manager of what was going on and he stated he didn't know what was going on.
