Review: Went in for a car wash. After leaving I notice that emblem from car was missing. I returned to car wash. Worker had it in his hand. I allow him to try to glue it back on. I was told glue is very good in fact permanent. That was in June [redacted],2014. On July [redacted] it came off while driving. I took it back only to be given the run around. I purchased the emblem & give them the receipt onJuly [redacted]. I was told to call [redacted] on Saturday, July [redacted]. I did. He pretended not to be [redacted] & said to call [redacted] on Monday.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for $54.02 the amount to replace emblem.

My crew told me about the situation. I had no way of getting in contact with [redacted]. They are not authorized to make any payouts. I did not receive a call from [redacted] on Saturday, July [redacted]. If we would have spoken I would have given [redacted] a payout. I will reimburse [redacted] $54.02.
