SAMSUNG TLW Rebate Program

Our Samsung top load washing machine was recalled. We purchased another Samsung washing machine and according to the rebate we were to receive $479.00 of our purchase price of a new Samsung washing machine. We sent in all the proper paper work with all the new and old machine information on it. Which included a copy of the model number and serial numbers of said machines, plus a copy of the purchase receipt from the new machine. This was all filed on July 1, 2019. I have been in constant contact with this company regarding this matter since then and keep getting the run around. As of today April 9, 2020 they say they have not received the proper processing number from Samsung to allow rebate, and no one is going to do any thing about it. When I first contacted Samsung I was told the rebate was on its way. The longer I waited and called then the story changed and no one knew how to fix Samsungs mistake so they just want to drop it. We are good Samsung customers and went by all the proper procedures to get and resolve this rebate problem but am getting now where. I talked to them today and they still do not know how to resolve the matter.

I submitted a rebate form on their recalled top load washer ( model no. ***) last November 2019. I was told that a check was sent last December by we never received it. Since December 2019, I have been calling the rebate customer service numerous time to follow up on the check and up to now (it's already March 2020), I haven't received it. I was only told to wait & eventually I will get it thorough the mail. I just called this morning & I according to the customer representative, there is no movement by their finance team since I called a couple weeks ago. For a big company, this is unacceptable. They should not let any of their customers wait this long.
