I am happy to be able to say that my dispute with Samsung has been resolved. They have provided me with a new tablet, and transferred the data from my old tablet for me to the new one. A big thank you to Nick K[redacted] for diffusing this very unfortunate situation.

As stated by Mr.[redacted] that the Gear S ws on sale for $299 on May 19th. I would like to it was on sale at that price...

however the promotion ended on May 18th. so that time he called this offer was over. \our store associates are not authorized to discount any items with proper approvals. this is the first I heard about this incident. The formal complaint letter was presented to me by the store manager. I don't think we are liable to honor a price after the promotional period. However in this case we will make an exception and honor the $299 price for Mr. [redacted].
