In Response to *** Travel Complaint, first of all let me begin by saying that from day one that this issue occur we made an agreement with *** Travel on the form of payment for this debt We also asked *** Travel to provide us with proof of payment to *** and the amount they
supposedly said they paid on our behalfTo this day *** Travel has fail to provide us with that proof numerous of times we had asked for it We ask that *** Travel provide us with the amount and proof of payment to *** on our behalf because we believe they pay much less then what they are charging us for We feel that they are taking advantage of our company We are happy to resolve this debt as we had agreed with *** Travel as long as they can provide us with the proof of payment to *** on our behalf We will attach with the letter all the payments have made to *** Travel and the actually amount is left to pay because amount due that they say is incorrect Lastly I would like to add t hat thi swas DEBIT MEMOs were not my company fault but another company working with *** system But let me repeat again we are happy to resolve this debt as long as *** Travel can provide us with proof of the amount they paid to *** due to the debit memos on our behalf
