I wrote this letter to Sam's Club on September 20, I have yet to receive a response and today is October 14, October 11, 2016, my check engine light came on Before I took the car in for service, I wanted to make sure all my tire were of the same size, because I figured the light message was related to the Subaru all-wheel drive feature October 13, 2016, I went to Sam's Club to inquire about my ordered tire I was told there was no record of a tire being ordered The only entry in their system was that one tire was installed on my car I was told that there were two tires that matched the description of my tires and one could be put on at that time if I cared to wait I agreed to have the tire put on and the service member investigated my concern and a copy of the below letter to management for their review I was told that management was very busy at this very time but would get back to me by telephone I was given fifteen dollars for the new tire warranty and a Sam's Club gift card for twenty-five dollars The new tire was installed on my vehicle and when I turned on the ignition, the check engine light did not display If not for the signal from my car; I would still be waiting for a response from Sam's Club I do believe that they put me and my car in danger Sam's Club should not promote itself as a tire care specialist location They should state that they just can buy a large number of tires and sell them at a reduced rate and advocate the customer pursue other experts for real tire questions and concerns I am more than disappointed with your tire service department I purchased four new tires and a replacement contract from your business in January, On September 1, 2016, during an oil change, I was told I had a nail in a tire They suggested I contact the folks that held my tire warranty to see if the tire could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced They reminded me that the AWD cars have special requirements I contacted Sam's Club that same day I told them I was traveling out of town for the weekend I was told they had the same tire as I had originally ordered and they could install it for me that same day An appointment was made for four o'clock After several HOURS at the store I was informed that the store did not have the same tire but could order one and offered to put on the space saver spare, that I have in my car, and I would be telephoned when the new tire arrived I had informed your shop that the reason I made sure that there was a tire available was due to the fact that I had to drive miles to Missoula and back over the weekend Installing my spare was not a safe option, in my opinion They then told me that they could put on a similar tire model and no harm would come to me, the tire or the car I took them at their word During the trip I did feel uncomfortable driving The car would shimmy when I would go to apply the brakes and it took a longer time for the foot pedal to decelerate the moving car It has been over two weeks and I have not been contacted What makes matters worse is that I drive an all-wheel vehicle and was given a full sized replacement tire that does not match my three other tires This is what I read on a website: The side to side wheel speed on the same end of the vehicle also has to be identical when the vehicle is traveling in a straight line or damage to the front or rear differential will occurA differential allows the wheels on the same end of the car to travel at different speeds when you round a turnThe inside wheel covers less distance than the outside wheel so the difference is made up in the differentialIt will work fine for short distances but if you drive miles down the freeway and one wheel is turning faster than the other wheel that is mated to the same differential the gears in the differential will overheat burning the bearings and the differential will have to be overhauled or replaced The transfer case/clutch divides the engine torque front to rear and as it does so there will be some slippage which the engineers accounted for when they designed the systemIf there is a mismatch in the wheel speed front to rear for an extended period it is the same effect as the differential and the transfer clutches will overheat and burn up requiring replacement I asked for and was told by a Sam's Club employee that I would not have to pay the fifteen dollars for the new tire warranty but that has not materialized either My real worry should have been for the well-being of the car and I should have insisted on four new tires Please contact me on how you feel this issue should be resolved I am of the notion that I should have four new tires installed without having to pay any new warranty money Convince me that I am wrong

I have made several bulk flower purchases through Sam's Club online They always ask for a review and my positive ones have been posted quickly I had a very negative experience and wrote a detailed and honest negative review which has been rejected I've altered it slightly three times and it continues to be rejected as "inappropriate content."
Sam's Club has not reached out to fix the situation so my review would be better They have done nothing, but continually stymie my efforts to share this experience with potential consumers No wonder their products have such good reviews
Here is the review that has been deemed inappropriate: "Good quality, but incorrect quantity:
I purchased two boxes of the Premium Million Star Gypsophila to do the flowers for a friend's weddingThe flowers arrived in good shape, we had no loss to damage, and they stayed fresh for more than a week after the eventHOWEVER, we had to scramble to get additional flowers since we received far less than promisedThe description says 7-stems per each of the bunches so I planned on at least stems per boxWe actually received a stems between the two boxesOne contained and one 56, so it wasn't an error with one boxThat's 21-55% less product than paid forIt was incredibly inconvenient to run around finding matching flowers three days before the eventAnd considering we chose these flowers based on per-stem price comparisons, we felt ripped offDisappointing."

Sam's club has yet again disappointed me especially samsclub.com I went to purchase a product from their site and they later sent me an email saying it was out of stock although the sate still said it was in stock I then tried to place it again and got another email saying it was out of stock I finally called as I wanted to purchase this item so I had it for a trip and they were not sure what was going on with there system but would process it over the phone and credit me a $credit on the purchase for the inconvenience, which I appreciated They gave me a reference number and assured me it would be there by a certain date mid week before my trip The product did not come in so I called and was told it would be in the next day or so and was told they could offer me their product protection plan and to call one]ce the product came in I have called back and they told me they were processing everything but it has been weeks and I still have not received calls, when I follow up they go through the log and can't find anything initially until I get upset and they look further and see it The last person I spoke to got snippy with me and told me they didn't see anything, then found the $credit, but said there was nothing on the protection plan that was also promised and she said she would resubmit it yet again

I wrote this letter to Sam's Club on September 20, 2016. I have yet to receive a response and today is October 14, 2106. October 11, 2016, my check engine light came on. Before I took the car in for service, I wanted to make sure all my tire were of the same size, because I figured the light message was related to the Subaru all-wheel drive feature. October 13, 2016, I went to Sam's Club to inquire about my ordered tire. I was told there was no record of a tire being ordered. The only entry in their system was that one tire was installed on my car. I was told that there were two tires that matched the description of my tires and one could be put on at that time if I cared to wait. I agreed to have the tire put on and the service member investigated my concern and a copy of the below letter to management for their review. I was told that management was very busy at this very time but would get back to me by telephone. I was given fifteen dollars for the new tire warranty and a Sam's Club gift card for twenty-five dollars. The new tire was installed on my vehicle and when I turned on the ignition, the check engine light did not display. If not for the signal from my car; I would still be waiting for a response from Sam's Club. I do believe that they put me and my car in danger. Sam's Club should not promote itself as a tire care specialist location. They should state that they just can buy a large number of tires and sell them at a reduced rate and advocate the customer pursue other experts for real tire questions and concerns.

I am more than disappointed with your tire service department. I purchased four new tires and a replacement contract from your business in January, 2016.
On September 1, 2016, during an oil change, I was told I had a nail in a tire. They suggested I contact the folks that held my tire warranty to see if the tire could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. They reminded me that the AWD cars have special requirements. I contacted Sam's Club that same day. I told them I was traveling out of town for the weekend. I was told they had the same tire as I had originally ordered and they could install it for me that same day. An appointment was made for four o'clock. After several HOURS at the store I was informed that the store did not have the same tire but could order one and offered to put on the space saver spare, that I have in my car, and I would be telephoned when the new tire arrived. I had informed your shop that the reason I made sure that there was a tire available was due to the fact that I had to drive 165 miles to Missoula and back over the weekend. Installing my spare was not a safe option, in my opinion. They then told me that they could put on a similar tire model and no harm would come to me, the tire or the car. I took them at their word. During the trip I did feel uncomfortable driving. The car would shimmy when I would go to apply the brakes and it took a longer time for the foot pedal to decelerate the moving car.
It has been over two weeks and I have not been contacted. What makes matters worse is that I drive an all-wheel vehicle and was given a full sized replacement tire that does not match my three other tires. This is what I read on a website:
The side to side wheel speed on the same end of the vehicle also has to be identical when the vehicle is traveling in a straight line or damage to the front or rear differential will occur. A differential allows the wheels on the same end of the car to travel at different speeds when you round a turn. The inside wheel covers less distance than the outside wheel so the difference is made up in the differential. It will work fine for short distances but if you drive 200 miles down the freeway and one wheel is turning faster than the other wheel that is mated to the same differential the gears in the differential will overheat burning the bearings and the differential will have to be overhauled or replaced. The transfer case/clutch divides the engine torque front to rear and as it does so there will be some slippage which the engineers accounted for when they designed the system. If there is a mismatch in the wheel speed front to rear for an extended period it is the same effect as the differential and the transfer clutches will overheat and burn up requiring replacement. I asked for and was told by a Sam's Club employee that I would not have to pay the fifteen dollars for the new tire warranty but that has not materialized either. My real worry should have been for the well-being of the car and I should have insisted on four new tires. Please contact me on how you feel this issue should be resolved. I am of the notion that I should have four new tires installed without having to pay any new warranty money. Convince me that I am wrong.

Terrible Terrible place to order online. My husband purchased 2 of the smart thermostates from them on black friday. They were $50 off each. So we saved $100 in total. FedEx lost the packages. :( My husband was so excited to get these as an early Christmas gift to himself. I called SAMs and gave them the info and they talked to Fed Ex to confirm it was in fact lost by them. We asked sams to send 2 more thermostates at the price we originally got them at. They refused even after talking to corperate! Its only $100 but its the principle now! We ordered the product at a certain price and through no fault of our own it was lost. Now they tell us we have to pay the full price!!! They can clearly see I just spent $2100 on a playset for the kids through them online. Its not like im trying to get something for free. Itsnnot like they are losing money. We were suppose to get it at that price anyway!! I just want the price we scoured the internet for on black friday. Alot of retailers had similar sales, but we figured Sams was a safe bet because they are a big company and we spend alot at their store.

We ordered a playground set on September 21, 2016 and when the play set was delivered on October 6 one of the boxes has damaged property. We contacted SAMs club and they said they would deliver a new box but we have to keep the old damaged one which would be leaving us responsible to pay for a dump run to dispose the box. Mind you it's the biggest box of a swing set which is very heavy and would need at least three people just to pick it up. We've been running around in circles with the the company for a month. It's been very frustrating and they keep making promises without falling through and we have snails for proof. We still have not received it and now they're saying it'll be here on the 24th. It's just been horrible communication
