Review: I brought my car in to have it fully detailed and paid the $175.00 for that service in early September 2014. When I went back to pick my car up a few days later I notice my car was never detailed. I contacted the [redacted] who said he would refund me the $175. It's now over 2 months since I was told I would be receiving a full refund via mail. I have contacted the [redacted] almost weekly since September to let him know I still haven't received the refund. He keeps telling me he will put the refund in the mail after months of excuses why the check hasn't been mailed to me.Desired Settlement: Refund of $175 in which I paid for a full detailing service which was never done.

Review: I had my windows tinted on my vehicle by sam's window tint, 3 weeks ago I got into a motor vehicle accident in which my glass shattered. My insurance company will cover tint replacement, but an quote is required, so I contacted Sam's window tint via phone call two weeks ago and was instructed to email the vehicle specifications to the business email. After doing so we continued to send a few emails back and forth due to them telling me their servers went down and would be back up in one days time, quote never came, I then sent another email saying I never received the quote, they again told me they would send it again, once again never came. This was a Friday so I waited til Monday 5/[redacted]/2015 to contact them via phone call again, phone rings once and goes to voicemail, voicemail box is full, still can not get thru to company as of 5/*/2015 have attempted to call everydayDesired Settlement: I would just like my quote as my insurance company needed it last week
