This issues has been resolve.  it took him quite some time but I finally did get my couch back and he had finished like I had asked.

Review: I called this company because I had him reupholstered my couch in the past. I agreed to his price and time frame to complete the work which was 2 weeks. He picked up my couch on January 16, 2015. I called him a couple of times to get a status when he would have the job complete. I left him a message on his phone, texted him and emailed him and did not get any call backs. I tried again a couple of days later just with a VM and no call backs. My husband tried and no luck. Finally on January 30 in the evening he called and informed me that the couch would be ready that coming Wed. which would have been Feb 4. I asked him to call me the night before to schedule a time. Again I confirmed that it would be that Wednesday he confirmed. Well I did not get a call and it was already late Wednesday afternoon. I have called him and left several messages asking for a call back. I have not been rude when I leave my messages just request at this point if I can have my couch back. I have done exactly what his message ask you to do and he is not returning any message. I did give him a deposit of $300.00. I do not recall in the past that he had such poor customer service. I had 2 referrals for him and I even mentioned it to him but at this point that will not happen.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my couch returned and if I get my deposit that would be great. I don't want to have to deal with this non professional individual ever again!
