Sam's Tree Service

Review: Mr. (Sam) Carter caused damage to a fence on my property during the course of removing a tree. He brought this to my attention and said he would come back to repair the fence.

Secondly, a large hollow branch of a tree Mr. Carter worked was not removed, as agreed. Mr. Carter said he would be back to remove this branch.

I spoke with Mr. Carter twice by telephone and once in person over the past 3 1/2 months. Each time Mr. Carter said he remembered and would take care of each problem soon-- the last time, when I spoke with him in person, he said he would be back later that same day. It has been about three weeks since this last encounter.Desired Settlement: I would like the fence repaired and the large branch cut.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The limb was cut as agreed. The broken board was repaired in a poor and ugly way(see attachment), but I will not ask for further action.
