I've used their service twice now, and both times they were fast, courteous, and professional. Another towing company left me waiting for an hour and a half on the side of the road, after they kept pushing the time back further and further. Frustrated, I called Sam's, he told me 20 minutes, and I timed him. Exactly 20 minutes later he arrives. Now anytime I have car trouble I call Sam's.
