I had Sams Repair work on a 953 [redacted] track loader.They didnt fix the problem and did other work improperlyBack around the first of this year we took our loader to Sams Repair to have a issue repaired with it tracking to one side.I was charged,paid the bill and a few weeks later,noticed that the problem was not solved.Sams repair had replaced the drive sprockets and informed me that the pins and bushings didnt need turning.I took the machine to [redacted] in [redacted] tracking issue was solved by repairing a stuck valve.The pins and bushing were long past needing turning.These issues are not simple mistakes but either incompetence,unethical business practices,or a combination of bothDesired SettlementId like all my money back.The only thing done correctly was to replace a window and they tied my machine up several weeks.Not turning the pins and bushing insured that the sprockets had to be replaced yet again,so I got little to nothing for my money which,all told,was about 2800 dollars.Everything Ive mentioned,I can verify with paperwork thru [redacted] who is a very reputable company
