Sam called from the business he stated he called the number that was filed in the complaint and the lady that answered stated he had the wrong number. Sam stated he will either refund the $* dollars or he will look over all of the tires. Which ever Ms. [redacted] would like.
Revdex.com spoke with the business. This customer did not have the spare key at the time she was at the shop. The business apologizes if she felt she was not tried respectfully, but without the key the business was not able to assist her.
