Review: A colleague of ours recommended Pat [redacted] accounting services to do our business taxes. We will finally seen on March 11th. The moment we stepped into her office we noticed it was a complete disaster. It was a mess with files everywhere, that should've been a red flag but because she was recommended to us we figured let's take a chance. Biggest mistake that we made which cost us fees. Because she was so busy she stated that she will file an extension for our business taxes. So we handed over all the documentations including employee pay-stub's, payroll summary, taxes from previous years and bank statements. She told us to call her in a couple of days. So we did,we called to check the status of our taxes but we always got the runaround, no answer or they put us on a waiting list for a call back. After weeks of calling, no answer finally we got a response and we later found out she never file the extension, which means we now owe hundreds in federal taxes fees and number two she lost our documentations. All we want is our employees paystubs and our payroll summary found! As well as any fees that the IRS charges us for filing late when we were relying on our accountant! This company needs to be reported for their irresponsibility which causes businesses to have to pay IRS penalty fees.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the IRS late penalty fees to be covered by them because of their irresponsibility as well as all of our documentations found and returned to us.
