Sam has come to my home on two separate occasions to do several different jobs. He did a beautiful job of re-tiling a section of bathroom flooring which was measured incorrectly by the plumber who installed a new vanity leaving an oddly-shaped un-tiled area. I thought it was going to be an expensive disaster, but it actually turned out looking nicer than I had originally planned! He also installed a light fixture for me ... not an easy job since the Home Depot-brand fixture I had purchased came with stripped screws, and the electrical box in the wall was of an odd size. Sam seems to know how to fix anything, and he's willing to come when it's convenient for you. He's personable, polite, and a real gentleman ... and his prices are more than fair. I can't recommend him highly enough.
