2-9-16Dear [redacted] , the Revdex.comThe complaint has been resolved weeks ago She was going to mail you a letter But none of my knowledge was sent (door lock mech) The used part was Returned along with the tech sheet with error codes in it to [redacted] ***She is OK with used part returned (door lock mech) was droped of in a box few weeks ago I called her if she recieved box and she said yes thank you She then said she would Respond to B.B.B.to say complaint was Resolved (and did not as of 2-9-16) I do have a torn Retina in my eye that is the Reason couldn't get to Return Part P.S.Return address correction
