SAMS Discount

I purchased three items totaling $50.00. The company demanded you pay by zelle, I paid and they did not give me the items I purchased, and no refund.

She emailed me my 0 balance invoice confirming my payment. I paid 3/25/20. We were to pick up our items the next day. I never heard from the owner stating the time and address. I called and emailed, the owner said USPS lost the items in the mail and she sent me proof of the post office letter. I told her she sold the items under the presumption that the items were in her possession. I said told her it has been 15 days since I paid and was supposed to pick up my items and you don't have them and don't know where they are, please refund my money. She did not respond back to my text and she is now ignoring my call. SO SHE STOLE MY MONEY and I'm sure other auction winners. Thats theft and fraud.
