In our store's policy- it is not our responsibility if the phone is repaired and then a few days later the costumer breaks it and wants to return it for a refund. Also, the main manufacturer doesn't make any returns on cracked screens. We only give a warranty if the touch screen isn't working or there's an LCD blackout and the digitizer has to be as it came from the main factory where I order my screens from. I'm sorry we don't do refunds or fix the screens for free. We can work on a discount if the costumer is interested.
