I am rejecting this response because:
Please explain how your trademark or copyright rights has ANYTHING to do with your company filing a false counterfeit claim with [redacted]. Please show where under your trademark or copyright gives your company permission to falsely accuse an item of being a counterfeit. What is the evidence your company has that the item in question is counterfeit? Your company filed this claim under [redacted] code 1.1 which states "Item(s) is a counterfeit product which infringes the trademark owner's rights."The account that your company erroneously got restricted is an account that does several millions in revenue a month and is one of the biggest accounts on [redacted]. Whether deliberately or unintentionally, your company claimed to [redacted] specifically that we are selling counterfeit items. This restriction is causing substantial irreparable damages each day.We have absolutely no plans to even relist the item in question but we need access to our account back. We respectfully ask again that the fictitious counterfeit claim your company filed is withdrawn immediately so that we may regain access to our [redacted] account.If the fictitious counterfeit claim isn't withdrawn immediately, we hope you understand we would have no other choice but to proceed toward legal action against your company for all damages caused due to the false counterfeit claim your company filed in which we intend to prove through legal proceedings that the item in question is not a counterfeit, that your company falsely accused us of selling counterfeit items, causing our [redacted] account to get restricted creating substantial irreparable damages of which your company is responsible for.Please withdraw the false counterfeit claim. Thank you.
