ok here it is in a nutshell. if Mr. [redacted] wants to continue this we will go ahead and take it to court. if he would learn to read it is clearly stated that it is a class 2 [redacted] not [redacted]. so at this point we will just go ahead and take this to court so a judge can rule on this

I am rejecting this response because: see previously submitted documents the receipts from [redacted] engines stand on their own! They seem to be letigous his knowledge of the law is suspect to say the least!  So I  will keep pursuing the matter!

Dear [redacted]In response to Mr. Richard  M[redacted] of Sams Auto Sales And Parts regarding my complaint.  Attached are the documents that were sent to [redacted] with [redacted] explaining the situation.  Upon reviewing the documents the agreed to refund $1,000, the also contacted Richard M[redacted] for a refund. They have banned him from further auctions.  Mr. [redacted] ([redacted])  was displeased with his response!  Mr. M[redacted]  never offered to buy back the car and has threatened court several times! If you could contact Mr. [redacted] with  [redacted] Auction ( my bidder ID [redacted]) regarding this matter it will clear up the facts.Thanks[redacted]
