The first order listed the name as "[redacted]" and the second order listed the name as "[redacted]".Both orders were received, processed, completed and results distributed according to the order specifications. [redacted] was updated on our findings and our inability to provide a refund for services provided in accordance to her request. Prior to the ordering process, individuals are notified that orders start to process immediately and refunds are not possible. We do not show 3 orders from [redacted] and she did not provide any documentation showing that 3 completed transactions were processed on her credit card. The data provided on the two orders submitted were different as one had a full middle name and the other had only an initial.
