a timely manner. I did not cancel times; the hole in his ceiling was not due to any work preformed by SamPaul Contracting
The customer was impatient and abusive on the phone. I informed him that I would let the owner know of his unhappiness and that he should contact the builder with his complaints. He did not like my responseI was also informed that the work was being done prior to his complaint to the Revdex.com. This work has now been completed since 11/18/Looking back into our records, we have been in business for years, is this the first complaint?

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you to the one employee of sampaul who I observed working at another site. I explain my frustration to him and he explained that they had lost employees but he would complete the job himself. The employee Who is a supervisor did the best he c over three weeks and completed the job while in The area for other projects. The project was completed on 11/25/14. After Sample had not contacted the Revdex.com and the case was closed. As far as being abusive on the phone no foul language was ever used a know yelling was ever done the secratsry was not happy that I was relentless in attempting to get my work done. To the date the owner hasn't made no contact with me. Correct Sampaul did not make the hole in the ceiling but they were task with fixing it. it should be noted my front door still not painted and my walls and ceiling still have marks form my final inspection which was to be completed prior to me moving into the residence which Sampaul still has not completed.
