BEWARE OF SAMONS-RIP=OFF
They came out and told us this past Sept 2014 our blower motor was bad. Replaced and left without a/c running properly. Called and came out next day. Different guy says first guy wired it BACKWARD when he replaced blower motor then says it has a leak somewhere. Spent 8hrs here and didn't fix it and left portable room a/c to use stating no charge. Called back and wanted to sell new unit over 3k and then said if we didn't buy it we had to pay rent for the portable a/c unit???lol...Complained and then told don't worry. 4 months later now heater doesn't work and AAA Affordable comes out and sends some mentally challenged AADH person who wants to talk about fishing, etc and never gets heater info. then blames Samons for breaking coil and causing leak and bad compressor! BEWARE AND CHECK ALL LAKE HAVASU COMPANY'S BEFORE HIRING...
We are now forced to go through [redacted] to buy new unit!
I am a retired/duty disabled [redacted] and both myself and wife will testify to the truth of all statements written here!!!
