Review: On Jan. 9,2015 I Patricia Bennett took my 2001 Chevy Cavalier to Sammy's Used Tires @ [redacted] and bought two front tires for my vehicle which they installed.(They did not have me sigh a work order of any kind.)They informed me I would need brakes and they could install if I brought them there.I told them my son would take care of that.He is a certified automotive tech.On March 14,2015 my son tried to replace my brakes.He discovered that there was a cross threaded lug nut on the Passenger front tire he could not remove with his impact wrench or a breaker bar while jumping on it with 180 Lbs. My son also found that the driver side front tire was missing one lug nut. He spoke to some one at Sammy's and he was told to bring it in the next day(Sunday). We did.The person he spoke to wasn't there.The men that were there said we "had no proof it was them" and to bring it back Monday, and they told us they could refuse service.I told them my brakes cannot be fixed until the lug nut was off. They told me "Maybe your son should learn how to do the job."Desired Settlement: I would like some one to check their practices to make sure the are doing the job correctly and using the proper equipment i.e. a torque wrench. They only used an impact wrench when they did my tires,which could be why I or they lost one lug nut and cross threaded another. I would also like the problem fixed at no charge.

[redacted] is the manager and is there Monday through Saturday 9:30 to close except Wednesdays. Business would definitely want to make things right.
