I have just recently received your letter through the mail regarding claim #***The customer, *** ***, had contacted our restaurant the day that incident took placeWe were very sorry and we offered to deliver a brand new order to her, with a different driver if she was willing to wait,
and we also gave her the options to cancel the order, in which case we will cancel the card transaction and return her the exact amount that she had paid*** *** agreed to have a new order being delivered and that she was willing to wait, and that was exactly what we done, and we thought the issue was resolved at the momentHowever, we did not know that she was still unsatisfied and contacted you guys for this matterWe have done everything that we could for this situation, and if you have any further question, please feel free to contact me at *** or via email *** ***@***.comThank you
