Review: Purchased a [redacted] for 2 Hours of Housecleaning in October 2014. After unsuccessfully trying to setup an appointment for 3 months, finally was able to get an appointment scheduled for Sat March **, 2015 in January.Saturday comes, and no one arrives. No calls from Sammy Jay to inform us when the service will be performed. Called over 6 times in 2 days and emailed Sammy Jays with no reponse. [redacted] expires in April and I have no confidence that the service will be performed or even acknowlegement that I will be called to schedule the service. [redacted] has a no refund policy so unless I receive confirmation that Sammy Jay will call me back, let alone actually ever clean my house, I will be out the [redacted] purchase amount ($45.00)Desired Settlement: I would like Sammy Jay to either perform the 2 hour cleaning session at my convenience before [redacted] expiration (April **) or provide me with a full $45.00 refund for the [redacted] purchase amount
