I have used Samm's for many years I use them exclusively for maintenance of my HVAC and have been pleased each time They arrive when promised, do an excellent job in maintaining the equipment and take care to protect our home by wearing protective foot coverings when they service the inside of our home They will make recommendations for improvements to the systems when warranted, but do not pressure you to make the change I wish all companies that I have done business with were as consistently excellent in their work product

The Samm's Team just finished installing a complete ton communicating Trane HVAC system After doing thorough research on companies that install, service & repair Trane I decided to call Samm's for an appointment to evaluate and quote a new systemI was very impressed with Marcus, his knowledge, experience and educational approach He designed the appropriate systems for my story sq ft house and did not try to upsell me in any wayEven though they are not the least expensive in the area they proved to be the bestthe old saying that you get what you pay for is certainly true here We decided that based on my needs a XVvariable speed a/c and and an XCstage furnace with many additional items that come with systemThe installation crew was equally as knowledge and very professional, polite and courteousThey started at 7am and didn't finish till after 8pmDanny C& Mario were fantastic to deal withIsrael was terrific and so was TiffanyTheir attention to detail is something you don't see every dayMario and Danny explained all the work they did, twiceDanny brought me up to the attic, showed me everything that was done and went over why it was doneMario did the same summarizing all the work and whyIsrael took me outside and went over every detail of the new beautiful Trane XVTiffany made sure all the equipment was there on time and kept the work area very cleanShe even sent back the first furnace because there was a dent in the unitI love the Trane thermostat and Nexia appGreat technologyDanny explained it well and easy to followI was even able to connect the device to my Amazon Echo (Alexa App) and was able to have Alexa raise the Temp via voice command while they were there in a matter of minutesAmber was terrific with her follow through & follow up and I beleive Rose got it all started by locking in the appt with MarcusI never ever write reviews because I just don't have the time but I had to in this case because of this great experience This is a huge investment but feel confident that Trane is the best and that Samm's will do it the right wayThey even pull permits so that the city can inspect their work, that's how confident they areI will now put in another identical system for the the other side of my house and I'm sure the experience will be the same...Excellent!
