She was asked to leave because she was trust passing. The bank statement she provided was not sufficient. I told her went needed specific documentation. She told me it ain't her (expletive) problem how the bank does her statement. I told her she could go to the back and get the proper documentation.... She lost it, and she said told me she does not have time for that (expletive) and to give her her (expletive) back. It is company policy that we keep the application and all documentation. She started throwing her arms calling me the worse names and cursing me out, and screaming. I told her she needed to leave or we would call the police. She went outside and sat on the parking lot. I called our manager, and her car was documented. If she shows up to any of our businesses again she will be trust passing and we will be calling the police. She is not a customer here and we have no plans in resolving the issue with her. She was for rejected for non proper documentation. She was asked to leave our office and to never return.
