Well, I did my homework prior to calling Same day Plumbing...their quote was right in the ballpark of other companies, they could come out same day and replace my water heater. [redacted] was pleasant and professional on the phone. [redacted] and his apprentice, [redacted], came out in the pouring rain to replace my water heater. I sure did choose the right company for the service I needed. The two men were polite, professional and thorough.
