Review: march 2012 my husband went to the clinic and we have no copay for medical billing.They have a copy of our insurance card on file. They billed it to our insurance as vision(which is not the purpose of the visit) after many calls to the billing department and my husband having our insurance contact them, they sent us to collections for this 20$ co pay we are not suppose to have. More phone calls and another one from our insurance they said they were reversing our collections and taking this 20$ off. This was in November 2011.I do have names of people we have talked to. I just received a bill dated April 2013 now charging us for 2 co pays, one of which is the 20$ from march 2012. I have tried to call and got sent to voice mail. left a message but I feel my attempt to get this taken care of will be a joke and a waste of my time like the last year. I understand its now only 40$ but after a year and this is still an issue, my wonder is how many others are being forced to pay ridiculous amounts just so they don't have to deal with the billing hassle.Desired Settlement: I would like them to get our billing information correct and take the time to bill our insurance correctly in the future. I also have no desire to pay 40$ in co pays when we do not owe co pays
