Hello In my business which is started in 2013, this is the first time I receive a complaint from a customer, but many times happened that customers coming back to buy another car or recommend me to others Particularly for this complaint , I already sold the car to the customer at 5/22/2015, and did the DMV registration at 6/1/and all this period I didn't receive any issue regarding any problem from the customerWe are usually sale our cars or at or with warranty, and this car sold to the customer with months limited warrant (power train only)We always advice the customer to test drive the car well and to take it to a mechanic shop for checkand to get more information before the purchase and we did that with the complaining customer beside of that after a period of one month from the date of buying the customer contacted me about this highlighted issue and I responded to her complaint by replacing sensors and two front new tires and the problem shoved with no issue Now, I am surprising to hear again by your office about this issuePlease consider all above and thank you for your time [redacted] Sama Auto Sales
