I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10461844, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not satisfied with this offerThey state that they have no record of the purchase so I am providing a delivery and a credit card receiptThey also said that I could come in to resolve the matterThis became a problem when we went in to resolve the problem with my order when the *** threaten physical harm to my husbandSo therefore I am not comfortable with going in to resolve it

Revdex.com spoke with the businessThey attempted to replace the pizza over the phone but the customer came into the shop and started a dispute in the businessThe customer wanted a refund even though the shop had already made them for the customer and was about to send the customer the pizza the customer would not leave the storeThey did leave with two pizzas
